About the instructor:
Tamar Yellin is an intellectual property attorney living in the Sacramento area. She specializes in trademark law but also covers other areas of IP law (copyright, patent, licensing) and small business issues. She is an associate for PCT Law Group, a virtual law firm. Tamar loves working with creators, makers, and small business owners to help them protect their businesses and creations. In addition to teaching at Hacker Lab she is also Adjunct Faculty at the Art Institutes of California- Sacramento.
